The Celebration of Light has been one of the highlights of summer in Vancouver for the past 22 years. Because of the event's popularity, scoring a prime viewing spot can require timing, planning, and a little luck. 

However, we have a pair of bleacher seats at the YVR observation Deck to the July 28, 2012 Honda Festival of Lights to give away!
