It’s a handy guide that outlines everything you need to know to safely and comfortably ride your bike.  Learn how to properly wear your helmet, choose the right size bike and get re-acquainted with the rules of the road.

You can download and print a copy for yourself in English, Punjabi, Korean, Tagalog, and simplified Chinese.

Copies are available for free at the VACC office: 3 West 3rd, Vancouver BC.
